A Brooklyn Boy is a 60-minute solo play at the East Village Playhouse that features future megastar Steven Prescod telling his coming-of-age story. He had a hard time staying out of trouble growing up in Bed Stuy and he and mentor Moises Roberto Belizario have crafted a piece of theater for him that highlights his passion for the arts. Steven is a magnetic triple threat (he sings, dances, and acts in the play!) who gives an incredibly committed performance that is not to be missed.

Meet Steven in the video below and hear the story of how he performed the show for Prince William!

Runs through May 26.
